Whether you are a multinational corporation, a small company or a sole trader, this is what I specialise in. Public and non-public health care institutions have no secrets from me.
I do not have a portfolio, I do not have a client package. I have business friends who trust me and the team I have created within our law firm.
The energy industry, a global provider of warranty services, a leading Polish manufacturer of fuel tanks, property developers, a hospital with almost 1,000 beds, small NZOZs, family businesses, sole traders, small companies.
My clients are also my business friends. I fly with them to Milan to negotiate contracts or I go to Żnin to control a “fire”. I am their support and pillar. I give them the right perspective so that they can focus on their vision and development.
What do the production processes look like, what are the specifics of service provision, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the companies I look after? I know this and this makes me effective.
My educational background? I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 1998. In 2002 I was entered on the list of legal advisers. I am a certified mediator.
Privately, I have been training crossfit for over 7 years. Training is the moment of the day when I am alone with myself and every time I overcome my weaknesses wanting more, harder and more intense.
